IT’S NOT GLUTEN INTOLERANCE IT IS INSULIN RESISTANCE
Science finally confirms what I’ve been telling my clients for years …That people who go & buy gluten-free products, loaded with sugar are not doing themselves any favours at all whatsoever – you’re only making things worse.
The fix: ELIMINATE SUGARS &ADD LIVE PROBIOTICS TO YOUR DIET
I wish I had a dollar for every time I had told one of my clients this. The smart ones listen instead of arguing for their limitation.
Well science is finally backing up what I’ve been telling my clients for years – people with symptoms of ‘gluten intolerance,’ can now officially be diagnosed as having gut GUT DYSBIOSIS
We crave white bread because it quickly converts to an alcohol and we become addicted. When there is an over presence of sugar in your stomach the yeast + bad stomach bacteria, ferment the carbohydrates in the white bread in gut to form a bubbly ethanol (and calories)– which rapidly releases gas – which causes the pain, and hangover associated symptoms. (Feeling sick, brain foggy, headachy and lethargic)
The fix: ELIMINATE SUGARS &ADD LIVE PROBIOTICS TO YOUR DIET
Eating bread that is low in whole grains, like white bread is associated with a condition known as “GUT DISBIOSIS,” which means it can lead to an imbalance of gut microbes. This means that the bacteria in your gut is not doing a great job at keeping your gut healthy. On the other hand, you may be able to support the growth of beneficial bacteria by adding fermented foods to your diet.

For those with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) "consuming certain fermentable carbohydrates in bread called FODMAPS can cause abdominal pain, gas, bloating, diarrhea or constipation," says Harris-Pincus. "While people often blame gluten, (The glucose component of wheat) the offender may actually be the fructans that are found in gluten-containing grains like wheat, rye, or barley."
The fix: ELIMINATE SUGARS &ADD LIVE PROBIOTICS TO YOUR DIET
A fructan (a type of sugar) is a polymer of fructose molecules. Fructans with a short chain length are known as fructooligosaccharides. Fructans can be found in over 12% of the angiosperms including both monocots and dicots[1] such as agave, artichokes, asparagus, leeks, garlic, onions (including spring onions), yacón, jícama, barley and wheat.
Fructans also appear in grass, with dietary implications for horses and other grazing animals (Equidae). And this is why you should never give bread 🍞 to horses
